    The one improvement I would suggest is more communication on the terms of the rate lock. The late appraisal caused by the late inspection nearly pushed us past our lock period. In retrospect, it might have made sense to authorize the appraisal...

    Lonnie and his staff were very responsive when we needed them to be. We made it to closing without losing our rate lock.
