Communication and undestanding. Our loan officer made sure we understood everything about our process and answered every one of our question. She made the process seem less intimidating.

Kim was absolutely on top of everything. She kept us informed, and she made sure we closed on time. We wanted to close as soon as possible and she made sure everything was in order. She was also very nice!
