Everything went exactly as expected. Our loan officer Ed Tilk was excellent and did Everything he said he would do. We would call and he would either answer or call right back. His processor Becky was also excellent. I will strongly recommend...

Ruoff doesn't have competitive rates compared to my local credit union, thankfully we were able to match the offer from the credit union but was more effort than I would've liked
