My loan officer, Karen went above and beyond to keep us informed and relaxed during the entire process! She was up front and dedicated to our needs!

As an older home owner, I was used to having to bring a multitude of documents to the signing. The online portal was easy to navigate and made the process less stressful.

Kim is amazing! She closed on our house in less than 3 weeks and it would have been sooner than that but she was held up by an external process! I can not recommend Ruoff enough. Their loan butler program is so user friendly and clear to work...
