Jason was very helpful and quick to respond.

After trying to go through a bank to purchase a home and it taking 4 months with no end in site. I switched to Rouff Mortgage and closed in a months time. They’re friendly, speedy, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I went to them for a usda home loan and was told that I could not get it because the house needed to be remodeled. I was told that the usda home loan is for move in ready homes. Which is not true. According to the usda I can do what I wanted...
