We got approved which was good. I just felt like the rate was high considering that they are already going in the downward trend. But I needed to close on the home so we had to accept. We'll just wait until it's time to refinance.
The experience was incredibly smooth and Matt was always responsive and informative throughout the entire process.
Working with Anthony and Nekole is always a pleasure and I felt that they care about us and they do all in tgeir power to help customers
