Very good communication
Over $16,000 was left on the table that I should of received. $10,000 for a first time home buyer grant and also $6000 that was suppose to be taken from the final price per inspection And seller agreement
Very knolwedgable , communicative, and accomodating helping us get a loan. Answered all our questions quickly, gave honest opinion on best option, and made all the application steps easy to follow.
Working with Sean was great he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions without making us feel like we were asking dumb questions or bothering him. He was always reachable any time of the day and was very responsive...
