The process was clear and simple. The use of technology applications helped simplify the documentation required. Both Drew and Kristie were great to work with and were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.
I would have appreciated more communication regarding timelines. When we asked a question, we were told we should have the information. But we didn't so we had to keep asking.
