Kathy took the time to explain all the different aspects of the loan application process. She went over the different loan types and how each one would fit in my particular situation.

This lender completely ghosted me when I followed up with questions regarding a loan.
She gave me input on qualifying me for a loan then when I had more questions completely ignored my phone call / voicemail and text.
