James patiently walked us through the purchase of our first home and made sure we both understood the numbers. Synergy One also added great personal touches to the transaction that I won't spoil here but were lovely. :)
Communication was sparse. Closing ran very late, I didn't feel I was updated why. At the end, I had a surprise when I owed money instead of get in money back. Just some small issues.
