I really enjoyed working with James because he was cool, friendly, and easy to talk to. He also communicated quickly and clearly with us despite all of our questions. His team rocked.
You set the stage to help me provide a level of comfort with the seller on the buyer's loan status which ultimately helped the buyer win the deal on our listing with multiple offers.
