As first time buyer we didn't know what was the next step but they always very paciently explain the process. I love how they treated us. Never rude , alwa polite and respectfu.
There were minor hurdles with the federal govs new policies and new stringent lending requirments, but Jennifer did an excellent job and we phased through it . Looking forward to a bletter refinance as well!
