It was great because Patricia took the information she knew she would need, ran with it allowing me to focus on other aspects of the transaction and then got back to me only for specific areas of attention.
My experience was great because Patty made it super simple to complete any tasks we needed to get done. From top to bottom we were helped with any questions we had.
