Jeff was great. Repeatedly submitting forms and statements to the back office got old after several months.

Mark was very personable, and very honest with his advice. Mark also made a very strong effort to communicate throughout the entire process. For a first time home buyer, this was most important, and most appreciated. Mark was great!
