Learning along the way with the process of doing a loan/refinance is alot. Times where pages wouldn't load properly and trying to navigate proof of documnets to send over was tough.

Every question I had was answered right away. The process was smooth and I was able to lock in a much lower rate they I expected. Eric and Glenda was a great team and newfi was a great choice
