I mean y'all always answered my phone calls and communicated what I needed to do! Even with last minute closing changes!

There was just a lot of stress involved with getting everything together before the closing date and some of those things could've been communicated sooner and more clearly, but overall we are satisfied with the mortgage.
Charles was very helpful with guiding us through the process as well as helping overcome hurdles when they arose.

Kenny was amazing, wise, and punctual. Always took the time to explain things in great detail as this was my first home. He always answered my calls and supported me greatly. Buying a house is stressful but working with Kenny was a joy!
