this process was most different than anything I have ever gone through in a home purchase. Usually all applications and documents are completed in a sinle trip to the bank; in this situation it seemed there were new documents every day or two...

Would recommend.

Scott and his team made the entire process from application to closing seamless. They were all extremely helpful and held our hands the entire time. No question was too little or unimportant to them. Truly a great team

Neighborhood loans worked extremely fast and efficient is closing my loan. From start to finish, they were wonderful. 5 stars for sure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who may ask.
