Communicating primary through email isn't the best. I would prefer a phone call explaining everything and a followup email with the information in it.

Aside from initial conversation with Jennifer, my only contact during processing was with Mike Myers. He was very responsive and a great facilitator throughout the process.

All the staff I talked to and interacted with on Team Kline collectively were great. very responsive, personable and addressed all questions with aplomb.
