    As a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions Joe was able to help with and it was very easy process! Joe was able to compare each scenario with me, to get me to my desired monthly payment.

    On a personal level, I will not need financing. that is only reason I would not work with wayne. He did an amazing job with a transaction that had a lot of moving parts. i know I could count on him to keep it together.
