Rob smoothes out all ther rough edges in my transactions. He is able to make Closings predictable! In my business, that is EVERYTHING!

Joe was on point and showed patience through out the home buying process even took holiday time to respond to a last minute issue I experienced. I would definitely recommend Embrace and Joe Colella for a home loan.
