Great communication. Sam was extremely helpful throughout our home buying process.

The loan sourcing and the service including a last-minute adjustment down of the interest rate thanks to the rates falling while I had a lock. Also, the service at the real estate lawyer's office was first rate. If Lou had any role in the selection...
