Michael is patient and intelligent. He educated us on the home buying process and gave us all the support we could have ever needed! Truly a wonderful experience working with him and Matt.

Understand that everyone you deal with has different education levels of this experience and the loan officer should change their behavior accordingly. Don’t use acronyms that only a loan officer would know and be straight with the customer...
