Even though we just met, Debbie made it feel like she was one of my closest friends hand holding me through the process. I appreciated her friendly and professional approach to customer service.
Everything was very easy to get done and supply. The app was great to use. It took some time but we understand how busy it is out there right now for refinances and appraisals.
Kathy is a professional lady and she stay on top of everything, she was very clear and there was no surprises.
