Debbie and her team of professionals were very clear in communication and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Coordinating all the various elements of our refi was done professionally and seamlessly to our expectations.
Tamra was great - the underwriting department had some issues. That being said our escrow is during the first month's of COVID and nothing is normal.
