Chad is always on top of his game, he isn't afraid to dive into a difficult transaction to get answers, he's very hands on. His communication is spot on.
Communications, personal service, accuracy, guidance, confidence, ease of process - with the exception of obtaining the tax return transcriptions and dealing with ID.me.
Kathleen is very responsive to all communications. We really appreciate her answering our questions even on weekends and at night. She instilled confidence.
