Kellen (with Nova) was exceptional. He was available, responsive, listened to all my requests, then acted on and attained all my requests! He made the process smooth.
Mike and his tema did another great job for my clients even with some difficult circumstances that arose during the transaction. They were able to overcome and still get the loan done early!
