The patience and guidance during the process, even when certain challenges arose
The Mike Engelking Mortgage Team - NOVA Home Loans has received a review with 5 star rating from Jasmine C
My experience was not great. Their mandated home inspection was bullshit. I ended up spending over 10k fixing things I was lead to believe were in decent working conditions. I wasn’t able to use my own without additional cost.
This was a tricky sale. Dorothy & Mike worked hard to make sure all of our numbers lined up for closing including down payment assistance. Our client is very happy and we had a great experience.
