Charles genuinely listened and answered my questions! I could tell he really worked hard to ensure I could achieve my goals for the home I wanted! He was timely and efficient ensuring closing day was a breeze!

Kept me informed on every step of the way thru automated system.

Mike was so helpful in answering my questions, transparent, and responsive! The whole team moved the process along efficiently and kept me in the loop on each step. I never felt concerned or in the dark about anything!

Because NOVA put on us the pressure to close in a week, so it was a stressful week. But at the end everything worked out.
