Costs seemed high and the frequent turnover of the loan after closing has been alarming. Again, Michael's availability and responsiveness is why I stayed. However, I would not use Nova again for tossing my information to the wind.

Hi Jody, I would ask that you reconsider this review as NOVA did not send your info to the wind. Third party scammers get your public information, not nova information, and send you mailers and garbage in the mail if that is what you are referencing....
