The whole team is incredible! Scott, Kait and Brittney have been amazing throughout the pre-approval and application process. Natalie has been so friendly and a great help when making sure I get them everything they need!

It was a pretty smooth experience. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Bob and Alana were on top of it and resolved issues in a timely and positive way.
Kait was so helpful every time we contacted her. The mortgage software Apex uses makes everything so clear and easy to understand.
