Buyers were happy, sellers were happy that we were able to close just a bit later than initially planned and it was due to the teamwork and hustle of Bob and his team.
The process is very easy and we have help every step of the way if we ever have any questions.
It was a pretty smooth experience. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Bob and Alana were on top of it and resolved issues in a timely and positive way.

In addition to the origination responsibilities that keep him in tune with the service needs of his customers, borrowers, and production staff, Bob's responsibilities include managing a production-oriented platform that fosters a commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Bob is a graduate of the University of Richmond. He is a Certified Public Accountant, which gives him unique insight when helping customers plan their mortgage.
Bob currently resides in Ellicott City, Maryland with his wife, Paula, his daughters Katharine and Julia, and his son, Charlie.
