Kim made this process so easy. She was wonderful to work with, communicative and 100% transparent.
Advice on what is the best route to take would have been helpful. We only knew of one way to proceed. A friend asked me why we didn't do a home equity loan, I didn't know that was even an option. We don't know much about mortgages.

Overall it was a great experience. Although sometimes I was confused by the volume of documents needed or descriptions sent by email. It became easier once the loan officer gave me a call to explain processes.
