Jim kept me up to date during the entire process, calmed my fears, offered wonderful advice!

I appreciated the timeline of milestones on the app. Working with Katie was wonderful, she made sure I knew what to expect at each step, answered all of my questions, and was easily available when I had more. She did wonders to ease any anxieties....
