Not to say we didn't have our hiccups, but the JMAC team was on point, and we still closed on time.
I believe Underwriting could improve communication with brokers and processors, particularly when new conditions are added. Clear and timely updates would help ensure a smoother and more efficient process for all parties involved.

The first underwrite of the file took 5 days and no one has time to wait that long. after that was completed the process was faster
