Underwriting kept adding conditions when documents provided seemed sufficient turn times made us extend the loan
As a loan originator, I need certainty from the banks I work with. Jeffrey delivers that certainty that we need to operate at max efficiency. Fern, Jeffrey, the underwriting team, and the closers are all fantastic to work with.
