Better communication. Answering calls.
Shyanne and the Haney team are on it. I really appreciate the over communication, the transparency throughout the process, and the go-get-em attitude to get us closed on time.
Email communications were very clear and the team kept us informed of what was needed in a timely manner. The loan process didn't take that long either. I had lots of questions and Ron kindly answered all of them. Thanks so much!
