Everyone was very helpful and communicated regularly. I even received responses when they were out of the office! They made this process much less stressful than it could have been.
Communication
After having 2 refis with John in about a year, as I told him, I trust him. That is huge to me.
David was patient, kind and very detailed. I was nervous about the process but he kept me informed and answered all questions I had. David gave me one of the best customer service I’ve ever had.
