Joe is easy to talk to. Non judgemental and cares about his customers. He should be a trainer for cuwtomer service everywhere. He is an 11 on a scale from 1-10

Joe was excellent to work with and kept us up to date on what was going on with our loan throughout the whole process. The customer service we received was exceptional! Thank you Joe!
