Denise was wonderful to work with; she has real talent working with customers over the phone. She explained the curious ins and outs of the non-QM mortgage market and was very responsive when I called with a problem or a question.

Your ability to get lending for a client who had enough money but had just moved into a 1099 position. My primary lender could not get him a loan. On-time closing without any hiccups.
