Communication through entire process was great until the end. Seemed to be some confusion on who was responsible for what close to closing. Overall process was great and will continue using Mac and his team.

Patience in receiving signatures in an untimely fashion. With my work responsibilities spanning from 7am-7pm, I submitted documents late in the evening outside their office hours. However they never rushed and always answered questions.
