Laura is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She made the mortgage process straightforward and cleared up all questions easily. She is kind; that matters.
Easy to get in touch with and provided multiple options.
Flexible, responsive and very clear with required action items.
Great communication, willing to go over questions I had on items I was unsure of during this process, both Laura and Maria.
Fewer promotional emails and more direct communication would have been preferred. It was unclear at times who our primary ACM POC should be. It was difficult to keep with mutliple email chains. The portal didnt always reflect open requests.
