Mike is very knowledgeable and communicates effectively. He answered all of my questions completely. He kept in touch while my paperwork was processing. I felt very comfortable working with him.
The portal was very good except there was no way to upload things that weren’t specifically asked for. This slowed down several interactions.
David made this whole process simple and helped me get through the whole process. He even caught a few problems that were my fault and helped me correct them quickly.
