To many hoops to jump through
If i had known about the need for a water inspection more than 4 days before closing. there needed to be better communication between Dan, the underwriters and the closers. It seemed everyone was on vacation and people were slow to respond...

David walked us through every step and was always available. Initially found him through the Costco program and saw all the great reviews which are true! I knew we were in good hands the whole time!

Robb was very responsive and did a nice job throughout the entire home buying process. He would often respond to emails over the weekend to make sure things were done on time. We would recommend him and work with again!
