Trying to get into the Disclosure emails was unsuccessful and very frustrating. It did not take the code they sent to us and also sent 3 or 4 more. Could have saved a couple of weeks if Chase was not involved.

Russell was very personable and really seemed like he was trying to make a bad situation the best it could possibly be. He was always very responsive and provided us with multiple options for each of the many properties we looked at.

Overall we had a great experience, the only problem we had was trying to type in the code numbers to open some email disclosures, don't have enough time allowed.
