Since August 2023 we have been calling and faxing the BSI and they always lie to us and all the representatives give different solutions.

Way to ghetto act, when asking a queston

She completed my request when technology of your “secure” password was not working!!!

The BSI website indicates you're only collecting escrow to pay property taxes on 1 of the 2 parcels our home loan is for. I have called at least 4 times now to try to fix this and figure out if we need to make a supplemental payment ourselves...

Problem was resolved.

My last 2 payments were not showing up. She found that the money was sitting aside. She sent the money for the correct month and next month. I cried because my wife just died and it was a huge relief.
