Bennie gave me as much info as he could. BSI is the worst mortgage company I have ever delt with and I have had a lot of homes. No one ever calls back, no-one answers emails and its impossible to reach a supervisor or anyone higher in the food...

He was very sweet and professional. He was also understanding and helpful from the get go. I loved that I didn't have to get transferred over to someone else and or get the run around in general. He was a very big help and was quick.

Estelle was great however I resent my email request re: PMI Removal but have not heard back from anyone. I have sent 2 emails.
