Ericka was very courteous and professional. I had called with regard to excessive (wrong) insurance fee charged to my account. Ericka told she me she would submit a work order for the problem. So far, I haven’t seen any changes to the balance...

My question about PMI Removal was answered. I was directed to download the proper form and submit as a signed email.
