Ursula was able to answer my question as to a fee we've been charged with for a return payment that occured when we had switched payment accounts. I had totally forgotten about that and was able to take care of payment of that fee.

The reason for my call was resolved quickl. Ericka was very patien.

It wasn't clear that a retry payment was going to happen . I was told that I OWED 1402.91 to cover mortgage for July. That was not accurate . The payment that I thought I made was applied to through curtailment . That was not what I requested....
