Not thrilled with the whole mortgage process and the fees. Outrageous fees and numerous ones that should be covered by one fee. Gouging senior citizens - hope you're proud. And the so called VA rate is BS!! We paid more than we should have...

I rated it OK because reps kept transferring me between departments and disconnecting on me. Marquita was great and professional everyone else at this company sounds like they do not want to be there.

This isnthe third survey today I have gotten which is really on brand for bsi considering I called a week ago. Just see my previous comments. At this point I would refi at a higher interst rate just to get away from bsi.
