I called to get my tax statements - interest, etc. First of all I'm unhappy with BSI because there is NO possible way to speak to someone directly. I had to call multiple times and select a variety of menu choices and then randomly click around...

Tamara was great .. but I struggled initially to contact 'anybody' ... I tried using the online capability first and it was pretty useless and it then (if I remember correctly) directed me to a phone # in which there no way to talk to a human....

Educate your people on terms like "original appraised value" and "original loan amount" and how those two are not the same.

I understood very clear she has great phone skills along with knowledge on speaking on telephone and answers all questions leaving no doubts she is absolutley amazing at her job description.
